an east recipe that uses hamburger that is LC. Anybody have a good recommend for me?

Linda Sue's stuff
WHITE CASTLE HAMBURGER PIE
1 pound ground beef
1 packet onion soup mix, dry, 1/2 of a 2 packet box, or seasoning mixture (below)
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brown the hamburger with about half of the onion soup mix or seasoning mixture below*; drain fat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in remaining soup mix or seasoning mixture and put meat in a greased 9-10 inch pie plate. Stir in half the cheese, then top with remaining cheese. Beat eggs, mayonnaise, cream and a dash of pepper; pour evenly over meat. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6-8 servings

Per 1/8 Pie: 368 Calories; 31g Fat; 19g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

Brown meat
Season it with taco seasoning (or cumin, garlic, onion, cilantro, etc)
Place on bed of romaine with chopped up maters, sour cream, guacamole, picante, cheese, etc.
OR
HAMBURGER-BROCCOLI ALFREDO CASSEROLE
2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, diced, 2 1/2 ounces
10 ounces frozen broccoli florets
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and onion, seasoning with salt and pepper; drain fat. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli until tender-crisp; drain very well and season with salt and pepper. Put the cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH about 45 seconds until soft. Whisk until creamy and smooth. Gradually whisk in cream until smooth, then stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Mix hamburger and broccoli in a large, greased casserole (2 1/2 quarts or larger). Pour in cream sauce and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake at 350º for about 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top.

I heart the white castle hotdish! I don't make it often because of picky eaters in the house. God forbid they find an onion!!!! Has anyone tried her hamburgers with gravy recipe?

I made that once and wasn't a big fan. I think for me there was too much worsteshire(sp) sauce in it? If I knew that was what I didn't like for sure, I would try it again.

It might have been the mustard. Dan doesn't like mustard and could point it out right away.
