they were all the rage in the hyena cart/etsy world last holiday season. I think I OD ed on them.

You can also replace corn syrup with really maple syrup.
Good to know! But yeah I think I may have OD'd on them just making them :laugh:

I must have these.
I think it is fairly easy to find now....
I used up some we got in France when we were there earlier this year but I've seen it at Whole Foods and World Market. It isn't nearly as salty as reg or kosher salt. So even though it looks like a lot on top you can just barely taste it.

Dude. Salted caramel is a gift from the gods.
I made some last year. The caramel was all gritty and shit. Ask me if I cared.
