I made an awsome chuck roast for dinner tonight.
Browned the roast in EVOO with S&P, and Montreal Steak seasoning.
Took onions, garlic, green peppers and crimini muchrooms and potatoes and put them in there. Oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
Mmmm...the house smelled heavenly. It was awsome!
