Has it gone bad if the outside is brown? Like the meat in the middle is still pink.
Its been in a ziplock in the fridge for about 6 days.

I'd base it more on smell than sight. They usually say 3 days in the fridge for food, but we frequently go beyond that :blush: but if it doesn't smell right, toss it.

I'm with Kristy on that. Smell test is the best test.

Yep. You will know by the smell if it's no good. The brown is just oxidation.

Well, it doesn't smell bad per se, but it doesn't smell perfect. I'll pbly just toss it *sigh*
