A pumpkin cheese cake from Costco?

I want to do Thanksgiving when Sean is home but I have no idea if I can eat half this Thanksgiving then eat the other half in April. Does cheesecake freeze well?

I think so. You can buy frozen cheesecake and I have frozen homemade cheesecake.

I've frozen store bought cheese cake and it was fine. Just wrap it up really good.

My wedding cake was a cheese cake and we froze the top for a year and it was still good eating a year later. :D
