Pork chops

What to do with the pork chops I thawed this morning? Anyone have a delicious recipe or seasoning they think I should try?

Lemon pepper, soy sauce and garlic. The longer it sits the better but these are yummy especially on the grill.

pork chops on the grill- brush them with a mixture of minced garlic and melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper

marinate in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, pepper and sugar (or splenda)- bake.
