I am going through my son's room cleaning out stuff he has outgrown. I was going to freecycle them but I'd prefer to give them to someone I know if anyone is interested.

A working replica of a Roman sundial like those found in Aquileia, Italy, buried in soft rock. An excavation tool and step by step instructions. Never opened. :cry: Would make a nice Christmas gift.
Science magic tricks. This kit includes 35 project booklets but they may not all be there but most of them are. The kit is also suppose to include a table tennis ball, 4 latex ballons, a piece of fake fur and 2 squares of cheesecloth but they are missing. I would think you could easily replace them. It says it is for ages 8 and up.

For example, one crossword is entitled 'The grammer grapevine' A clue is "A koala lives in Australia' Some of the wordbank words are verb, noun, plural, possessive, singular noun... You have to pick the part of speech 'koala' is. In the wordsearch, the same type of thing happens. For instance, one is entitled "prominent blacks" and the words you have for find are Charlie Pride, Martin Luther King, Andrew Young, Jesse Owens, ...
