I have a very brief announcement to the changes in the staff at Phenomenal Women.
Hereslizz has taken a hiatus from internet life for an indeterminate period of time. You can still reach her via email if you need to. If you don't have her email address, let me know and I'll try to connect you with her. She may or may not resurface on Facebook and wants to be kept in the loop of new jobs and babies and important news. Lizz has been removed from the Admin staff, but remains a full member with all benefits of membership including her membership in private forums, should she choose to return to them.
Natale has also been relieved from Admin duties, for no other reason than PW does not have the traffic nor the discipline issues to warrant so many members on staff. Natale remains a full member with all benefits of membership as well and is still active on the forums.
For any admin questions, issues, problems, I think most of those were coming to me anyway but in case you were asking Lizz or Nat, please direct those to myself or Ms. Kim. We'll be happy to take care of any issues that we can, as soon as we can.
Please don't forget that, for thread related issues, there is a 'report post' icon-- please use that icon to report any post that violates the Terms of Service here, as well as if it needs to be moved, edited, closed, etc. We don't have a whole lot of that happening, though, so I'm confident that Kim and I will be able to handle whatever arises.
In the even that PW goes down, Kim and I have information for Liquidweb to have them look into it. Several people here have IM and email information for me as well as text and BBIM-- please use those methods to reach me. I often forget to check here during the day, and Kim is often blocked from PW, depends on the day.
If or when PW reaches a point where we will need additional staff members, that member will be chosen and asked if they're interested in taking on the responsibility. Keeping that in mind, just know my motto has always been: Great members make great Leaders!
I would love for everyone to please join me in thanking Lizz and Natale for dedicated service for nearly 4 years, since day one at Phenomenal Women. It has not always been fun, but the friendships that have been fostered as a result of this site, I hope, have made the sacrifice worth it.
