I'm SO glad I went to the Farmer's Market today  1/2 the stuff I got, Kroger's wouldn't have had, and for the 1/2 I COULD buy I'd have paid more than what I did for all of this! Anyone want to take a guess at what I spent today?
Brocolli, green onions, asparagus, bok choy, parsley, spaghetti squashes, green & red bell peppers, red potatoes, turnips, basil, parsnip, habenjero peppers, adame peppers? cubanello peppers

Were you at DeKalb Farmers Market?:agree: I love that store so hard & should go there every time I shop. I have no idea why I don't?
FYI it was $130. The bottle of wine was almost $20 & the pizza was $7. The rice I about choked on, over $2.50 per pack but it's a rare indulgence. Mango's .89 each :boobies: & so worth it!
Last time I did a big shopping haul it was at Kroger's & it was $250  forkers!
I am :killingme that no one thinks it is strange that a woman is taking pictures of her groceries to post on the internet?
/tears, for real

I've never been there when it wasn't packed.
I love that place.
It was 319 miles from where we lived though.
Harry's Farmers Market was a good substitute though. It's the #1 thing I miss about ATL.

I've never been there when it wasn't packed.I usually go earlier, like around 9am and it's not bad at all, ie no waiting for a checkout line kinda good :D
I'll go! I've never had lunch there. Are there places to sit? I've seen the buffet line and folks stacked up and I keep meaning to see if they have chinese (my fav food) and take some home but I never do it.
I really wish we could take pics there :nono: it's like a foodie wonderland
