Jason wants to start induction tomorrow (which is good, I guess, it's worked great for him in the past) but I can't do that since I'm nursing. I need meal ideas or inspiration that would be LC friendly, but not super fatty. I can just add something for myself, if needed.
So far I have:
- chicken and a vegetable.
- fish and a vegetable.
- lettuce wraps.
:indiff:
Was anything Linda Sue made not super cheesy? I don't have her bookmarked any more.

I'll be thinking. I should be doing this myself.
pot roast in the crockpot w/ mashed cauliflower
burgers and salad
sausage w/peppers and onion
taco salads
fajitas in a bowl is another favorite of mine
 Ali, will you move to CT and cook for me?

She can't, she's coming to TX.

These are the things I knew were out there, but I couldn't think of. :D
Thanks!!! And if you have more, keep them coming, lol.
No problem  I've been doing LC for the past couple of months so its still fresh in my mind.

Grilled shrimp
Kabobs
Pork chops or roast
Pot roast
Chicken or fish foil packets w/ veggies
Chicken parm (not for induction I guess)
Chicken soup sans noodles (I use whole chicken, onions, carrots, celery)
Stew
It's getting to be winter... the crockpot is your friend!
The chipotle chicken and spinach thing. :eat: Just use less sauce for your plate.
