Ugh, I'm in a rut. I'm avoiding dairy because I assume Ellie is allergic. We end up eating the same stuff over and over. Or we eat meat and a veggie. I'm bored with it already.
Ideas? Any favorites that I could easily make? We aren't huge fans of chicken. We usually eat beef or pork. Mary's not a huge fan of fish, but I like it.
Oh gosh. We eat more chicken than anything.
Let's see.
Chili
Tacos (no cheese or sour cream for you though)
There is a yummy crockpot porkchops recipe in the recipe box. It's a WW recipe but it's good. http://www.phenomsonline.com/board/showthread.php?t=35169
Lisa's french dips http://www.phenomsonline.com/board/showthread.php?t=20508
Beef or Pork stir fry
Beef Stew
Lentil dishes?
