I think to make it taste me "smore-y" I would use milk choc instead of semi sweet.
Also, if you had one of those kitchen torches, you could "roaste the marshmallows on top before serving.

I bought a torch today. I crumbled up a chocolate covered graham cracker, put on some marshmallows, and tested it out. Alison loved it. Lizz is freaking brilliant. :D
I just know what I want in a dessert :dunno:
