PastaQueen recently reviewed a new book by this site's creator called Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0312377428?ie=UTF8&tag=%20pastaqueeninline-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0312377428). The book and site's author is Lisa Lillien, and she's not a nutritionist, just a girl that's hungry!
The site is full of fun food facts, recipes, encouragement, challenges and even a weekly weigh in, aimed at finding fun foods to eat and still stay on your respective plan.
This site does seem more geared to a WW kind of plan than a controlled carbohydrate plan but for those of us who count fat grams as well, the info is invaluable!
Stop on by hungrygirl and jump right in, and remember to pick up Lisa's book at Amazon.com if you're interested!
