I can't give you the whole system...cuz I use it. But I do have some tapes...upper body and lower body split.

No..these are shorter tapes. I really suggest you get the set from Target. Once you have the step...you can get any FIRM tape you want.

You can find the sets at a discount at collagevideo or amazon might have a set someone is selling used.

Everytime I try to order it, it is backordered 3 weeks. I am in impatient lil cuss.
