I am making this with a garden salad prior and serving it over rice. I am using bone-in skinless chicken because I don't have lamb and substituting canned tomatoes for the vegetable broth and I put in chunks of carrot.
It smells so freaking good I want to eat NOW. :eat:
Oh...and I got the Ras El-Hanout at World Market.

We had this chicken curry dish, which sounds indian or thai, but it's extremely mild. You put cooked broccoli and ckn breast in a 9x13, then spoon on the sauce, which is 1 cup mayo, 1 tsp curry powder and 1 tsp lemon juice. Then you put some grated cheddar on top and you bake for about 30 min. (350)
It's a throw-back from my youth. :D Like comfort food. :D
 You typed out the whole recipe, but couldn't type out the word "chicken".
:killingme
We had corned beef and cabbage. :D

We're having this later this week. :D When Dave's home.

I wanted to get some corned beef but they were all too big for just the two of us. I don't feel like making my own.
