I want to make....

.....these certain cheese potatoes. It's baked in a casserole. Topped with crushed cornflakes. /fancy

I looked on zaar but came up short.

My aunt makes them and they are always a hit.

Help me find the recipe please :D

CORN FLAKE POTATO CASSEROLE

1 lb. sliced potatoes, cooked
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 regular container sour cream
1 onion, grated
1 bowl corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Place potatoes in casserole dish. Next, spread sour cream. Sprinkle onions over sour cream. Add Cheddar cheese and cover with corn flakes coated with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes

That's what mom uses. They work really really well in the recipe.

It may be what my aunt uses. I just thought she julienned them. Damn that's almost as easy as greenbean casserole.

SOOO good and I always use frozen hashbrowns.
