Did you know you can buy them on costco.com? :stars: You have to buy 4 at a time, tho...and they are $45, so hardly a deal, esp when you factor in shipping and handling. I was just so surprised to see them there.

 I don't really know. I remembered that Jane told me they were there while we were in line. I left Russ there and ran to check. I didn't believe her.

Michele

It was weird to see them just sitting there on the cold shelf.

No cute display, no Webkinz Christmas tree at the local florist.

I mean, since they don't have a box themselves...they should have a display or at least a bin or something. [/merchandiser]

They were laying on their sides on a cold metal shelf. If I didn't already know what they were, I would have been all WTF is this?

Rebecca

That IS weird, Michele. Maybe they figure that peeps who know what they are will buy them, so why bother with a display, ya know?

Amy
11-19-2007, 08:58 PM
 The ones at Costco were in plastic cases.

Michele
11-19-2007, 08:58 PM

Amy

Amy

How sad that I can totally picture what you mean?!

Michele

It's funny, because my local florist/gift shop has a big Christmas tree decorated with Webkinz.

But, I think all she really sells is Webkinz. Everytime I'm in there, I witness about 4 Webkinz purchases. I've never seen anyone buy anything else.

She may as well have a Webkinz store.

Sometimes, she comes out and hands out free shit to the Webkinz purchasers. Like some old bracelets she can't sell. She calls them Webkinz collars.

I said Webkinz 6 times in that last post.

Amy

I don't think the black and whit cat is retired, is it?
