How about a big pot of soup?
chicken salad
tuna salad
LC tortillas/cheese/salsa in microwave (can you tell i'm single ? :p )
During the week I probably eat 3 or 4 of my lunches out. It is my one concession deal I made with myself to help cut the stress of lcing. My coworker and I are lunch buddies. We use coupons and I bet I never spend more than $2 - $3 per day. I will bring leftovers if we have them because I don't like to waste food.

I am thinking of writing a book about "Microwave Meals to eat over your Sink".
I LOVE soup.
Someone says it isn't a meal. He does dig the Cheeseburger Soup though.

We ate the pumpkin sausage soup for dinner the other night with a salad. Yummo. It was on HIS request too. :D
SOup is a side, to me too. I can't fathom JUST soup for lunch. I'd be starving in 10 minutes.

Anne's favorite meal is soup.
Emily doesn't like soup.
Usually soup, salad and a piece of fruit.
Grilled sandwiches (cheese, ham & cheese, Reuben, turkey/tomato/cheese)
Stuff stuffed in a tortilla and grilled (black beans, chicken, cheese, jalapeno, corn, whatever)
Asian noodle bowls (use shirataki or just any type of Asian noodles)
Salad

I think I am the only person here that doesn't like this soup. I tried to like it.

I don't plan lunch, I just have whatever I feel like at the moment. I think tomorrow I'll have Trader Joe's spicy spinach pizza. :eat:
Explain the Asian noodle bowls. What do you put in them?

(Costco) Asian veggies, some sort of sauce (right now I'm using TJ's Asian marinade), pre-cooked fajita beef (from Costco :nono: unseasoned) or shrimp, crushed red pepper, noodles (spaghetti noodles, rice noodles, shirataki noodles). I sometimes add chili oil or soy sauce.
Now that the coney sauce was recalled, I really need some Skyline. :indiff:
Do you have Trader Joe's? Usually I have something from there for lunch. They have lots of good prepared stuff.

See. I don't have all that stuff. Some sort of sauce?
Sounds good though.

We have one about 30 minutes away. I have never been there.
I don't know what asian sauce is. That is why my shiratake noodles are still in the fridge
I don't want to know what shiratake noodles are, do I?

Right now I am on a 'chef salad for lunch every day' kick. Which is nice, you can vary it however you like and it's pretty filling and nutritious.
Sometimes it's a Kashi bar and an apple.
'pizza' made on a portabella mushroom cap.
Leftovers
 How about Asian salad dressing?
