This is a sheet I use for Lean for Life. It helps to plan out my meals so that they're balanced among proteins, fats, carbs, and calories.
Attached is a zip file with an .xls sheet and also a .pdf for those who don't have excel (but you may be able to open it with google documents and spreadsheets. Just save it, then go to google.com>documents> find your sheet and upload. It will open in a google spreadsheet. )
The numbers across the top are just there to shoot for as a 'goal' so to speak. It's changeable depending on your goal. The totals tally at the bottom to show you how close you are to your goal.
