Dairy free dessert

I need a dairy free dessert for my home group. This one lady doesn't have dairy (says she's allergic, I doubt, but whatever) anyway, she always acts like nobody should have dairy since she can't. I'm inclined to humor her since they are coming to my house. What can I serve?

These are all really good vegan recipes....where I'm sure you could substitute eggs and such but they won't include dairy.

We had an Italian potluck one night, and when we were planning it she kept saying "oh I can't eat that, oh I can't eat that" like we were going to plan the entire the meal around her dietary needs. I wanted to jump and yell "It's frigging Italian food, it's gonna have cheese! You get one dish, Whack Job, ONE DISH!!!!!!!!!!" She wound up bringing oriental salad with mandarin oranges. We had lasagna, spaghetti, penne with sausage, and oriental salad. :stars:

Last time I brought dessert I made a super yummy pie and then some cookies for her. I just think she needs to simmah down nah, it's ridiculous for her to think that everyone is going to change their diet for her.

I just got back from the store. I bought pound cake, strawberries, and cool whip. The cool whip and pound cake have a little dairy, but not much. She can take it or leave it. :D
