I am trying on all accounts to avoid white flour. Sometimes, like now when I have a fridge full of turkey, I was thinking how to make a turkey a la king, or with my cauliflower, cream of cauliflower soup and whatever..............can you please share what you use to thicken what.
Nance, I saw on the LCF ML that people were using the powder from the Shiritaki noodles because it is almost zero carbs and no calories. They all claim it is tasteless and give it rave reviews. Check out the thread.
