Nope, WAY lower class than TJ Maxx. At least the one up there is.

Cheap stuff that can have holes in it, etc.

I'd say more on the lines of a low end Big Lots.

I went once, I didn't know the stuff could be so damaged--- I bought 3 things, and when I got home 2 had holes and one was stained :stars:

I had a friend work at the Gap and she said any damaged returns (smells like smoke, ripped, etc) went to Gab's
