What exactly needs done to the yellow side?
I don't see any text other than in the pic like on the papers and signs and stuff.
It's just too big. I have no idea how to resize it for business card size. When I upload it I only get a corner. But when I try to shrink it using another program it shrinks it way down.

Let me poke around.

it has to do with the document settings and the file save process.
save it as a tiff, if you can do the work with illustrator, save it as a jpeg, send it to photoshop, download the set up file from overnight prints for photoshop, make it fit the pattern size, save as 300 dpi and a tiff file... i think thats all

Well. To make it edge to edge I can't scale it with out skewing it a little. It's not business card ratio'd. Like if I shrink the height down to card size, there are gaps at the sides (left and right). I'd have to stretch it. And that would probably make it look wonky.

its all about dpi 300 is imperitive.
as for the ratio, i had to muck with it
i made layers
i put a layer of the base color beneath the design, took the design apart and put it back together
poo. We may have to go with postcard size. Which means the 2nd file might be too small.

You did way more that I did. I mean I would have to move actual graphics around a little.
I scaled it as it was, let me save it as a jpg and show you.

This is the jpg. I didn't fudge it like wicked did. I just scaled it down and stretched the edges a little. But now everything looks longer than it's supposed to.
So...I think you should let Sondra do it, she's a professional, I'm just a hobbyist. ;)
It does look a bit stretched... but it's better than a shot of my middle finger.
