I will have lots of new recipes to post if they are any good.

And I did all of this for $199 for 2 weeks of food (except more milk and eggs next week and I need lemongrass-- Kroger didn't carry it)

Oh, I wanted to be clear, the boys will whine.

Especially on Spanakopita night.

But I am also serving meatballs so they can eat them and shut it.

Were you cooking like this when I lived in Columbus? I missed out.

nope. I was eating processed crap. And I was more then 30 lbs bigger too. :nono:

My healthy eating and cooking started early summer. It feels empowering to be able to eat this good and feel good about it too.

I love that your kids eat everything like that too.

I am going to do everything in my power to make this kid not a picky eater like I did with B.

yes-- the soup recipe is new and looks like it can be made in minutes.

I am super busy that night with scouts, so that night is http://www.recipezaar.com/28377

I am basically following WW-- I no longer count points, but I watch portions and fat, and I try to eat more veggies then anything else. Seems to be working.
