Over heah we are having keilbasa and something.. I can't decide. I'm thinking, if I can find frozen cauliflower, we'll have mock cheesy potatoes. :dunno: If not, probably steamed zucchini or yellow squash and corn for the wee one.

Not sure.
If we have our friends over, I'll make something nice.
If not, probably leftovers or sandwiches.
we need to get rid of leftovers, but not sure--
maybe soup, salad and ww bread?
I could make potato/dill soup and and a bean soup.

We're having tilapia, corn and maybe taters.
:dunno:
Supposedly we are having a porch poured tonight, so something quick and easy.

I'm not sure. But I got a boatload of squash in my vegetable box yesterday, so acorn squash (If I can figure out how to make it) with something, and something.
You cut it in half, bake at 350 cut side down for 30 minutes, flip, bake another 30 minutes.
Scoop out meat, top with butter, and maybe brown sugar.
 Mine had a big mushy spot and I had to toss it.

Just threw a pork roast in the crockpot. Greenbean casserole and deviled eggs.

It's good with whatever!
Grilled chicken, baked chicken, steak, pork chops....
Just use it as a side like you would broccoli or green beans or something.
I usually just have it as a side dish as my vegetable. There are recipes for stuffed squash, too (we had it stuffed with sausage growing up). I am sure there are a TON online. I'm trying to get my mother's recipe.
And Sonny, it can be frozen. I freeze it up plain like baby food (when cooked, it's easily mashable and I put in ice cube trays), then thaw a few cubes out when I want it.
