We're having Hawaiian kielbasa with brown rice and a veggie that I still have to figure out.

Hawaiian kielbasa? Is it sweet? I love kielbasa.

We're having steak, crab legs, and sauteed shrooms.

It is most definately not low carb but you could definately make lower carb with subs.

Basically, it is ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple chuncks. So you could sub low carb ketchup or maybe plain tomato sauce, splenda brown sugar but I don't know what to do about the pineapple.

I think I'm going to make a nice Sunday dinner roast :D
Now to find the energy to do it.

Chicken pasta salad. Which isn't quite what it sounds like.

Make pasta salad.

Put a bed of lettuce on a plate. Top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese. Top that with the pasta salad. Top that with diced cooked (warm) chicken.

We can't get decent uncooked crab up here.

Hell, it is hard to get good cooked crab.

Dar

It's already cooked king crab legs. Probably frozen, too.

Lisa

Cliff's uncle made crab legs in the oven when we were down there.

They were perfect.

Dar

Yeah, that's what we'll do. Just broil them.
