View Full Version : My ink drawings
You all know I like to paint, but I actually do a lot more drawings. I usually don't save them because I do so many and I don't know what to do with them. I recently thought about putting them on t-shirts since I'm now an iron-on fanatic.
Anyway, this is what I do when I'm trying to relax. This one took about 30 to 60 minutes, but I can work on detailed pieces that take hours. I love getting lost in the detail and repetition of it. Just thought I'd share. (Now that I have a scanner!)
Cool!
You had to sneak the eyes in, didn't you?
:D
They always have eyes. I need a psychologist to interpret my art, don't I?
You're all going to go forge my signature now aren't you?
You always think you are being watched and judged/my professional interpretation

You know it.
That would be super cool on a t-shirt. Like a red one, maybe.

Hence the eyeballs.

Very nice, Tina! Even your signature is like a piece of art, it's so pretty!

Nice! It reminds me a lot of my friend Brooks's work. She's a designer and does a TON of ink. I'll have to find some of her stuff.
It WOULD look great on a shirt.

Very Nice. I very much like it.
The eye is very interesting. Eyes can represent enlightenment, knowledge, comprehesion, and intellectual awareness. It may also be a pun on "I" or the self.
At any rate, I would buy your art just to psycho analyze it. :right:
Cool! (I noticed the eyeballs too)

Interesting. Screen printing would be a much better quality alternative to iron-ons. I better get cracking with the art so I can start my own ebay store, eh? :right:
They would sell great at the beach.
