What can I do with one? I saw a big one at Sam's. Is there anything you can do besides just eating it baked? Any good recipes?

Starting this month I'm trying to eat less pasta and flour, so a lot of my recipes are out.

I grill them.

Use them just like a giant chicken breast, so perfectly flexible.

I've never cooked a turkey breast, but I buy the rotisserie turkey breasts at Tom Thumb, and I use them just like chicken. We can get 2 meals from one. Current favorites are: turkey and dressing (of course), lettuce wraps, green chicken enchilada casserole, oriental salad, and chicken "waldorf" salad.

In my Dana Carpender crock pot book there is a recipe for turkey wings and mushroom sauce. I used a couple breasts since my store didn't have enough wings and it worked out well.
