Chocolate lolipops 101

OK, I volunteered myself to make these for my sisters baby shower. I figured it would be really simple, but its not turning out so good...lol I am using a squeeze bottle and melting the chocolate in the microwave. Seems to not be melting good enough. Any ideas? I have to make 50 of these....lol

Melt it in a bowl and stir every 30 seconds and then fill the squeeze bottle and move fast.

The chocolate disks tha they sold next to the molds.

Just throw the disks in a bowl. Nuke, stir, nuke, stir.

I've done this before. It's ok. Chocolate will always remelt if you mess up!

OK IT CAME OUT NICE! I melted it using the defrost on the microwave. I am on South Beach, and cant taste test. :cry:

Just FYI, you can use a plastic baggie with the tip cut off in a pinch.
