Any Graphic Artists in the House?

So I'm thinking I'd like to do a custom image mug for Christmas this year. I have a strong idea of what I want, but don't own Photoshop since I'm utterly hopeless with graphics.

Anybody feel like slapping a graphic together w/ a motto? :D

So this is what I'd like to achieve

Starting with the attached image in mind:



Take the attached image, turn the guy into a girl (or find a similar image of a woman with a cup looking directly or 3/4 into the camera). I'd like to change "fuck" to "hell" (It's Christmas, after all). On the bottom, I'd like to put "MGL 209a". The whole magilla would go on a mug, so I'm trying to get an image I send to cafepress.

*I* think I'm clear on the concept, but I worked in backend technology, so images were just "bits on the wire" to me. Have I communicated the idea clearly & does it seem doable?
