It was my first experiment with covering something with fondant. I've used it for embellishment before but this time I had to cover the baseball with it. It turned out well.

Richard's place threw a big party the other night for some Congressman or Senator or some such "bigwig" :rolleyes: and they had a cupcake cake.

R brought a couple of cupcakes home and was telling me about the "cake" and how clever he thought it was, etc.

Oh here they are on the stand but it was like 90 degrees outside so they were melting :( I made the cake too. It was for my brothers "casual" wedding 2 weeks ago. Notice the beer bottle and can in the background. LOL!
