When baking a cake do you need to grease and flour it just the same?

At first glance I thought I read "Silicone Beakerware" :)
Even after greasing and flouring in a metal I pan I still have problems getting it out sometimes. I hope that this being flexible that I can alleviate that. If I can...I *may* have a new kitchen fetish :right:

Tricky stuff. Well "user error" I guess I should say. Both layers have one corner that has quite a bit less volume than the others. I guess I didn't get it spread out well enough. But WOW! It released like a dream.
