View Full Version : What's for dinner? May 15th
Well?
We are having pork chops, mashed taters, and sauerkraut.
We are still on the cleaning out the cabinets/freezer kick.
And I am thinking about experimenting with a chicken enchilada soup for lunch tomorrow.

lol.... I am feeling lazy and that sounded easy.... lol
:dunno:
It's another case of food in the freezer and don't feel like cooking it.
I should roast some broccoli, I love that stuff! I think I am out of olive oil though.

I feel lazy today...I'm making a big pot of vegetable stew. It's kind of a cross between Aki's Green Bean Suprise, and that Weight Watchers soup that somebody posted (Angie, I think?).
It basically involves opening a bunch of cans, dumping them into a pot, add frozen green beans, add salt and pepper, and let it all simmer.

I don't know...it's a busy night tonight because we have swimming and then Anne has a recital. We might end up doing take out.
we have a yummy meal tonight
-grilled chicken boob
-tossed green salad(5 million veggies in there)
-homemade whole wheat bread (in oven right now, smells great)
-sliced strawberries in splenda
-angel food cake (but that didn't rise a lot :dunno: look ok, but not great)
but looking at it-- Rob will still be hungry. I need some potatoes or rice for him

Leftover coleslaw. We had a late lunch at our favorite greasy spoon and won't be hungry until much later, if at all.
