Date night tonight

What should I make?

I dont want something too involved...but something fun an different. I might look around on food tv's site but I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions. We like to have some drinks and eat something in front of the TV so nothin fancy. I was thinking of some mojitos since its finally warm out :right:
