I'm not a fan of broccoli.....but I'd like to make a crustless quiche. I was thinking spinach in the place of broc.

The BFL quiche is good and uses turkey bacon and WW tortillas for the crust. But I usually make a crustless one too. I love crust on quiche though. :cry:
