What do you fill yours with?

Lately, I've been alternating between sausage/spinach/cream cheese and red pepper/spinach/feta. I could use some new ideas. :D

lots of mushrooms, black olives, scallions and sharp cheddar.

Cheese and turkey bacon

Cheese and ham

Sprinkle with greek seasoning and feta

Chipotle peppers and fresh cilantro

Broccoli, bacon, and onion (great combo)

Mushrooms and sausage

ETA - Sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and shaved parmesan -yummy!
