I have this in the bread maker right now. Last time I made it I remember it being really good. This time it looks really dense. Maybe it was like this last time and I don't remember. :stars:

Doesn't that seem like very little liquid for a lot of flour?

Like I said, it was good last time. But this time the dough is weird. I know I measured right.

I used to make a Wonder bread equivalent all the time, and sometimes it just wouldn't come out right. Who knows why... humidity or lack there-of, temperature, etc. All kinds of factors can affect it.

The yeast was a new bottle.

It actually came out OK, I guess. It was a little denser than I remembered, but OK.
