I saw this episode last night.
His version wasnt exactly LC because he put dried fruit and a few other ingredients in it that could be swapped out. Anyone try it? I might experiment and see what I can get. The episode was awesome because he provided all of the nutritional info. As is, the recipe has 15 carbs, and 2 fiber.
