CRAB MEAT BACON ROLLS 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 well beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
12 strips bacon, cut in half
Mix tomato juice and egg. Add crumbs, seasonings, parsley and celery leaves, then crab meat. Mix thoroughly and roll into finger lengths. Wrap each roll with 1/2 strip of bacon and fasten with toothpicks. Broil, turning frequently to brown evenly.Makes about 2 dozen rolls. They're served hot, you eat them with your fingers.

OMG this sounds so good. Two of my favorite things crab and bacon!!

Sidenote...is it sad I love Vegas because I can have all you can eat crab? I am pathetic. :blush:

When we went to visit Joe's granparent in San Fran (they live in Orinda) we had crab and it was yummy!! I've never been to the buffet at the Rio the line was 1.5 hours and I was hungry!!!

Sue....if you make this you have to let us know!! Now I have crab on the brain.
