I actually watched Emeril. While I don't like his show at all (but what else is on at midnight while I am up with sick kids?) I admired his personal drive and dedication.

I agree-- I hate his show. Like he was the first person to thinnk of garlic or seasonings? :dunno: But he grew up in a working class family and worked his tail off to get to where he is.
