Have any of you tried these? Costco was demo'ing them yesterday and I like them so well, I bought a box. The only thing burger about them is the shape. To me they tasted like roasted veggies, particularly peppers. They are really healthy in that they are made with oat bran, are cholesterol free, GMO free and contain no trans fatty acids. Each burger has 110 calories, 35 cals from fat, 4g fat, 12 g carb (5 of which are fiber) and 7g of protein.

The ingredient list is carrots, onions, string beans, soy beans, zucchini, peas, textured soy flour, spinach broccoli, oat bran, canola oil, corn, red pepper, arrowroot, cornstarch, corn meal, salt, parsley and black pepper.

I'm going to have one for lunch. I let you know if I still like them after eating a whole burger.

Just thought I would share my new find.

Never had a veggie burger, but I might try these if you still like them!

Ya, I did like them even after eating the whole thing, plain. They're not like any veggie burger I have ever had. These have really small chunks of all the veggies listed that you can actually see. Also, they haven't made much of an attempt to make it look like a burger colorwise. Overall it's kind of a green color. i still think the overall taste is of roasted veggies.

I would recommend them
