Might not be a strong enough banana flavor 'cause you can only use a tablespoon or two right? Wouldn't hurt to try though. What's the worst that can happen?

By gosh, I think you've got it! :)

I would try it without first, take a little taste and add the extract if necessary.

Ya, bananas are pretty carby but they are so yummy.

Do you have the pudding and the extract already? If so, you don't have much to lose.

:agree: I feel the same way, Marci. If fruit keeps me from eating a chocolate chip cookie, I'm eating it. That's what makes it "maintenance", right?

I agree Marci, that's my attitude. As far as I am concerned fruits and vegetables are free food.
