This is our dinner. I am thinking of doing like one commenter said and chopping the chicken up and serving over pasta.

yummy! Looks good.

We are doing boring burgers and fries. I jsut shaped the burgers and put them in the fridge for Rob to make while I have Manda at the Dr.

I'll steam some broccoli too.

Glad you think it looks good. I did too. Obviously.

Cliff wrinkled his nose and made me promise that if it sucks I will go get him Burger King.

The chicken looks rockin', but the spinach could go either way.

That looks yummy! Let us know how it turns out.

Last night I made a big batch of LC turkey meatballs in some SF tomato sauce. I'm having some of those and a salad. I have 3 weeks to drop as many lbs as possible before my trip.

McD's new chicken tenders were good.

Red, we like Emeril's Rib Rub. Just sprinkle some of that on and grill. Rob used to require bbq sauce for pork. Now it's fine just with the rub. Really delicious on the country style pork ribs that we like to buy boneless.

I LOVE pork chops. Dave's only so-so on them so we eat them a lot on his work weeks.

I used to use seasoning salt and then bread/fry my pork chops. That was good.

I will have to try the Emeril stuff.

Somewhere I have a recipe to make my own.

Finger carrots?
Ya, you know, those small peeled carrots that you usually buy for dips. They're about 2 inches long. What are they called? I'm going to steam them and put a glaze on them.

Lisa

That is what we call them.
