They have some sort of yearly program that has nothing to do with your regular coffee shipments. They'll send a postcard in the mail to you, and if you don't want their yearly deal, you have to send the postcard in.

I just had to have them credit $40 back to me. I didn't get any postcard about a yearly shipment. :rant:

See, I am interested in Gevalia but I don't like getting involved in anything where they automatically send you things. I tend to forget to cancel things or notices get lost in my junk mail. I suppose that is what the company is counting on though.
